Session Title: Advancing Mental Health and Wellness through Generative AI

Learning Objectives:
Audience will gain a comprehensive understanding of the mental health challenges with an empahsis of those faced by youth, including high rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide. This knowledge will enable them to identify gaps in mental health care accessibility and strategize interventions.
Participants will explore the development and deployment of AI-powered conversational agents designed to provide mental health support. They will understand how these agents can offer immediate assistance, reduce stigma associated with seeking help, and act as a preliminary step before professional intervention, thereby enhancing the overall mental health support system.
Attendees will learn how generative AI can integrate and analyze multimodal data (e.g., text, voice, biometric data) for a comprehensive assessment of an individual's mental health. They will understand the advantages of combining different data sources to improve the accuracy and reliability of mental health diagnoses and personalized treatment recommendations."

Session Title: Group Visits: The Whys and the Hows

Distinguish shared medical appointments from traditional 1:1 appointments.
Implement a LM-focused shared medical appointment in their own primary care clinic.
Explain the logistical and billing solutions for shared medical appointments to stakeholders.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to design and implement a lifestyle-medicine focused group visit in their own primary care clinic.
Session Title: The Collaborative Care Model: Bringing Psychiatric Expertise to Rural Primary Care

Develop awareness of the Collaborative Care Model, including the structure, evidence base, billing aspects, and support resources for implementation.
Compare the Collaborative Care Model to the current state of behavioral healthcare in the UP and understand where it fits in the continuum of behavioral healthcare.
Evaluate the potential for implementing collaborative care in your organization/clinic and identify three steps to begin that process.
